Member Advocates are at the heart of Collective Health's mission to simplify and humanize the healthcare experience. With member consent, I spent time observing these advocates as they worked with members, witnessing and documenting how they guide people through complex healthcare journeys with seemingly superhuman levels of patience and empathy.
I produced, directed, and edited these films, collaborating with a talented designer to craft the light motion graphics.
